A History of Heretics
None of the heretics woke up one day thinking “I want to lead thousands astray and divide the church across the world for centuries to come.” They started with good intentions, and ended with bad theology. They relied on their own perspectives, or culture to guide them over and above Scripture.
These same traps remain in our lives today. Chances are many of us right here and now are already heretics in one matter or another. This is why we need to remember what came before us.
